Seeing Kids Thrive- Priceless

This student athlete was a Night Owl.
Now he and his high school peers
are heroes to the kids at Parkside.

PARCC Results in Report Cards

Families whose children in grades
three through five who took PARCC
tests last spring will be getting results this
week in Parkside student report cards.

PARCC
(Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers)
tests were designed to give a clear picture of  pupils' performance and guide schools with necessary information to improve instruction.

What should families expect in
seeing PARCC scores and how
can they support their students?

Sunday Salute

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=570khFoaE4s

nurture   verb
  1.  to feed and protect
  2.   to support and encourage as
      during the period of training
    or development; foster
  3.  to bring up; train, educate

    It's no coincidence that we're
    all in a position
    to nourish kids, no matter
    who
they are and what it takes.

    Happy Sunday and
    have a wonderful week!
